1 / Who is able to join group classes?
All people of low risk bodies are welcome. Due the group nature of the classes there is less ability to modify and provide guidance to those with more specific needs. Please enquire about private sessions via the contact me section on the home page
2 / How many classes a week?
I recommend 1-2 classes per week
3 / What do I need for classes?
1. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in
2.Have a screen you are able to adjust to allow for the teacher to see your body
3. Yoga mat and space to move either side and ends of your mat
4 / What is Pilates?
Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates and is designed for people to have balance and control of their body and movements. It is low impact and permits variations to allow for those at all levels to be able to participate.
